Dr. Engy Girgis, MD, RD

Engy Melek, MD, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian serving patients at The Beloved Medicine Clinic, Pain and Spine. Dr. Melek combines her past medical and most updated dietary expertise to offer comprehensive dietary care to patients in and around Dallas, Texas. 

Dr. Melek graduated from the University of Alexandria Medical School and studied nutrition at Texas Woman's University. She has been practicing in Texas since 2020. 

Dr. Melek uses the EatRight program to address weight management, chronic disease nutrition, and malnutrition, providing personalized, evidence-based dietary strategies to enhance patient health. She firmly believes that "Food is Medicine," and this informs her approach to dietetics and nutrition.
