This visit was for a second opinion and the attention, care and information provided far exceeded what I received at the first consult in another State. I had been a patient of Dr. Hainge previous to my move to NY and knew this waShow mores where I should seek expert advice. Dr. Gessner removed an extremely painful callous. I didn’t have to tell him how intense it was. He knew. This was never addressed at the first consult. Dr. Gessner provided the X-ray pictures of my foot and the issues with thorough discussion of treatment options. This did not happen at the first consult. I was thoroughly pleased with the entire visit. Dr. Gessner is professional, extremely knowledgeable, sensitive to the needs of his patients, thorough in his communication, and based on what I saw at this visit, I believe him to be a Master of his specialty.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to Dr. Gesner. The first time I was referred, as I had 2 spiral fractures in my right foot. The 2nd time, just for an ingrown toenail on my right foot, and this last visit, for one on my left foot. Show more I’ve NEVER had long waits in the waiting room or when I got to the exam rooms. Dr. Gesner is personable & will always discuss things. I suppose I could have gone to my regular doctor for the ingrown toenails, but I’m a wuss & I trust him.

Explained everything in detail to me and offered several different solutions to the problem I was having. Had orthotics available in the office for me and continue to do follow ups. I felt very comfortable and will be returning to Dr. Gessner.

Everyone was very nice and informative. The Doctor came up with the cause of my problem. And was very helpful in answering my questions. And diagnosing my problem.

Dr Gessner is very thorough and knowledgeable...my first visit was enjoyable...staff are helpful and pleasant... they even laughed at my bad jokes
