Dr. Rothenberg was very personable. He asked me what was the reason I was at his office. He examined my area of concern. He explained what the knot on my back could be. He asked questions about any other medical conditions I have. We discussed the process that I would have to follow to have the knot removed.
The visit was exactly as scheduled. The medical personnel was professional and friendly.
