I started to see Dr. Straut when he moved to the new location on NASA. Ever since then my experience at that location and with him has been 5 star! Great location, really great atmosphere. Super engaged and helpful front office asShow moresistance. I have never waited more that 10 minutes to be seen for pre appointment, and never more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Straut. He is the best Eye Doctor i have ever had. He is very much hands on and tuned into your concerns. You can feel his passion and will fully appreciate his depth of knowledge and true concern about your eyesight and eye health. He is proactive about his approach to treatment and most of all he listens to your concerns. Dr. Straut is an exceptional doctor and you can feel his depth of knowledge, concern with your issues, and setting expectations and next steps in your ongoing eye care health.
Dr. Straut, I’m giving you Five Stars mostly because everyone is clean, your Office is clean, The Bathrooms Have Grab Bars To Lower A Person (Like Me) that’s Handicapped. Not to offed Dr. Vaishnav, but I Fell Backwards in his bathShow moreroom, and there wasn’t any “Grab Bars”. I believe that’s why Dr. Vaishnav didn’t want me anymore. Thank you for having everyone keep “Safety” in mind for people like me. I know I can walk, move my arms. I’m full of “Titanium Metal”. People weren’t “Created By God” to be full of Titanium Metal. I’ve Titanium Metal because I’m allergic to “All Metal Inside My Body” except Titanium Metal. Anyway, thank you for Grab Bars, and a Clean Office. It’s a little “Cold In Waiting Room.
