Was taken care of as soon as I arrived Was welcomed and had a short wait till I was taken back. Friendly chat with nurse, doctor came in looked at my problem and was able to take care of me right away. Was very pleased with treatment and explanation of procedure.

As always Dr Martel is an exceptional surgeon and is so good explaining things when I have questions. His staff are wonderful as well.
The nurse was wonderful. She explained everything in detail in good detail down to the bandage I would wear home. She helped to keep me calm. Dr. Martell told me what he was doing as he was doing it and it helped me follow along since my eyes were closed. All in all -I would let him do it again if I ended up with another melanoma.
The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Martell listens and explains issues well. His caring attitude and gentle approach are assets to my feeling I am in competent hands.
