I had a PRP procedure. Dr. Shaw and his staff were able to complete the procedure and a comfortable and timely manner.
Showed care and attention to me. High professionalism, knowledge in carpal tunnel syndrome. Also all my respect for Doctor William and all the staff!
My torn rotator cuff is amazing after 3 months I feel like it’s 95% healed from regenxx, My torn acl may need another round of treatments but it’s 50% better and I’ve been able to continue working while it heals. If I had gone the surgery route I would still be out of work.

It started off great! Dr. Shaw seems knowledgeable and has the same mindset that I have with carnivore diet as well as conscious concern with the health of our planet and recycling. He and the staff were cost conscious on my pay-out-of-pocket behalf. But then he never showed up for our scheduled virtual follow up and then when I called for an appt they said he “might” be able to call the next day, and he never did. I told them I just wanted a solid appt. but never got one. So odd .
