I never, ever feel rushed. I always feel heard with Erika. As many of you can relate, I hate having a GYN exam, but at least it doesn’t take too long. Erika always spends as much time as I need her to without making me feel like, Show more(ok can you leave now so I can get dressed?). Just the right amount of time. She addresses all concerns. I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve been seeing her for literally decades (I think). The best.
I can't seem much about Customer Service in general anymore, but when I went to Dr. Heidi McMenamy Flint's office at the front desk was this beautiful lady named Jocelyn She made my day! She was kind, friendly and had a nShow moreice, warm disposition. And of course, the doctor is top-notch. Never feel rushed very thorough. I'm blessed. This is one doctor I don't mind going to see. Not stressful. How many offices can you say that about anymore? Thank you for your kindness.

She truly listened to me was very thorough in explaining all of my questions and concerns . She is very knowledgeable! The practice is very busy and other than having to wait to be seen. Erica was very thorough. She took her time. She investigated my health. I really don't think she missed anything. At the same time she was really kind and when I left, she told me if I need anything at all just please call the office and they'll get me in right away.
I’ve been going to Erika for years. She makes things so easy and makes you feel comfortable. Just be sure to check your insurance to see if it’s accepted. If not they have a great self pay rate.

What can I say--she's smart, warm, funny, super easy to talk to about sometimes different subjects, spent a *lot* of time just talking before exam. There was no rush. I love that for a first visit. It's important. Exam was thorough but gentle. Explains every in detail. She's perfect for me.
