Erika Matta

Erika Matta is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on primary care and patient-centered wellness. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University and brings more than a decade of hands-on nursing experience to her practice. Erika began her healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant before advancing to Registered Nurse and, ultimately, Nurse Practitioner. Her diverse clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient care, with experience in step-down and bariatric units as well as ambulatory settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with patients across a variety of specialties, including endocrinology, nephrology, infectious disease, rheumatology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. This broad background has given Erika a well-rounded understanding of complex healthcare needs, continuity of care, and the importance of helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
