Erin Smith, FNP-C

Erin graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Rockhurst University and Research College of Nursing. She worked as an RN for 7 years before beginning the Family Nurse Practitioner graduate program at Maryville University in 2017. She finished the program in 2020, graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). Shortly after, she received her board certification through the AANP to be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Finding passion in lactation/breastfeeding medicine, Erin went on to become a certified lactation counselor (CLC) in 2022. Plattsmouth Hometown Health is a private practice family medicine clinic located in her hometown of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Erin looks forward to helping those of all ages feel at home with their health!
