My disabled son is my entire world, even though he’s an adult, I manage his care. No one has ever taken the time and asked the questions and gotten to know him as well as this provider has. She works great even in crisis situations where it seems like the world is falling down on you. She’s always there.
I finally felt heard and understood. She took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me, and I left the appointment feeling hopeful for the first time in a while.
