Esweni Ikein, LCPC

Esweni received her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Her education is a dream to educate, support, and give space in the community. She has experience working with individuals of all ages on mental health concerns. She believes in meeting clients where they are at, supporting them on their journey of healing, breaking generational curses, and guiding them without judgment. She focuses on helping clients find solutions to their problems by giving them tools and skills to improve their well-being while healing and creating new beginnings. Esweni works with adults with anxiety, depression, and ADHD using different approaches depending on each client. These approaches vary from CBT, Narrative therapy, and Mindfulness. She strives to make therapy comfortable for clients where clients can be themselves, gain understanding and have grace and compassion for themselves.
