This provider is very capable. She has gone above and beyond fighting with my insurance company to get me the proper treatment. I hope her practice continues to grow. The only thing that concerns me is that the waiting room is the treatment room and it is an extremely vulnerable feeling to have people coming and going during my treatment otherwise I would have given her five stars. That said, I still recommend her practice and hope continued growth of practice will correct that.
I’ve seen Evelyn weekly for over a month and I’m happy with my progress. She took over from a therapist who just gave me meds without much care, so I can really feel the difference. She is kind, pleasant; I feel at ease in her office. She listens, gives insightful advice, explains why I feel the way I do, and what I can try doing next. I feel confident about my meds because she knows what to pair with what. She takes everything I say into consideration to help me improve alongside my treatment.
This has been the most helpful treatment I’ve had so far. Dr. Boateng always listens and is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very grateful and lucky to have found her.
