There are no words to describe how satisfied and thankful I am for the finding my new Dr. Evelyn Ramirez. I’ve only been with the practice for a few months now, however I feel as if I’ve known her for years. I can feel the sincerity and care she exudes for her patients. Have called, texted, and emailed more than a half dozen times over the last month requesting follow up on forms needed for my claims to get paid as I have zero income and still waiting. Have requested a call back to discuss questions around starting a new medication and have never received a call. Asked her if she gets texts that say it’s a thread she is on, she said no. Unsure if she has received messages from my calls, email to careteam I was instructed to send or Downeyfaxes email. Stressed
I felt very comfortable and not judged. I had a great experience with Evelyn. And I look forward to continuing my sessions with her.
