Evelyn is very professional, she listens to me and understands my needs. She is great.
Evelyn herself is outstanding!!! However, the clerical staff are extremely difficult to understand due to a very heavy accent. When I have questions for them, I must repeat the inquiry, and I often get a response that does not answer my question. This is very frustrating.
Multiple times she prescribed me the incorrect dosage of the medication when I would try to reach out the “receptionists” were rude, and passive. I do not recommend her she made judgmental assumptions about me without conducting a correct assessment.
I absolutely LOVE Dr.Ramirez. I am so thankful for her guidance, wisdom, humility and playful personality. I look forward to our meetings every time.
