About Evette Facey

At Initiare Healthcare Services, led by Evette Facey, NP, based in Jamaica, New York, we provide superior primary care through telehealth for adults 20 and older.

Evette began her educational journey at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, where she earned her Associate of Science in Nursing.
