I’ve been seeing Ezinne Iroku for almost a year now, and she’s truly changed my life. When I first started, I was struggling with ptsd, anxiety and depression. Within just a few months of CBT, she helped me completely shift my minShow moredset and build real coping skills. My life has done a full 360 since then. She’s also been amazing at helping manage my ADHD and medication. Ezinne is compassionate, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful and I can’t recommend her enough.

My therapist provides the space and empathy needed to feel heard. It was a long journey and therapy assisted me in learning coping skills and figuring out the best way to move forward with different sources of support.

I’ve been in therapy before, but working with Ezinne Iroku has truly been a different and incredibly positive experience. She teaches me something valuable every single session and always brings kindness, insight, and deep knowledge to our work. She helps me see things from perspectives I hadn’t considered, and that shift has made a real impact in my life. I feel very lucky to be working with her.
Very affirming yet realistic. I appreciate her laughter and involvement in the conversation. Her background in nursing definitely aids in her ability to engage in therapeutic communication. I felt much better leaving my appointment than going into it.
She is professional and also helpful. I feel like I'm actually getting somewhere with her. I have been to other therapists and never felt like I improved. But I think with the CBT there is a positive difference.

Nice small office that was easy to find. Receptionist was very nice. Ezinne was very easy to talk to and personable. I recommend this office for anyone looking to renew their CDL.
