I spoke with Jane for almost an hour and she was very nice. I'm not sure what to expect but she said that I was a very positive person which was nice to hear. I hope she can continue to help me recover from my stroke. I want tShow moreo walk soon and I have many travel goals as well.

In my sessions with Jane, I've been able to see things about myself that have historically held me back from being more free and able to communicate effectively. I now see the possibility of just being myself and standing for what matters to me while considering others.
