F Fritz is, as usual, a joy to talk to, share experiences & backgrounds. As she is pretty open, it allows me to trust & open up. As for "goals", I am smoking more & she was able to help me to commit to a goal that was non threatening to meet. I needed her to help me to commit to somebody besides myself. Smoking is a way I have used to push down my feelings of rebellion & powerlessness.
She was so easy to talk too and very understanding.

Ms Jane Fritz was what I needed to get me out of my doldrums & off my anxiety. I was able to share some of my history and Ms Jane was understanding and compassionate. I loved we were able to have non-threatening "conversation". I left my first appointment feeling more positive and light hearted than I have been in months.
In the last several weeks I’ve listened to and given great advice. I feel very comfortable with the help l’m receiving.
