I am very pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Iwaloye as my OB-GYN. Today was my first visit, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Although the waiting room was full, the wait time was very reasonable, and I wShow moreas seen much sooner than I expected. The entire staff provided a welcoming environment and efficient, professional service from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated having the opportunity to speak with Dr. Iwaloye privately before the examination. It felt very special to have someone take the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and begin building trust through a one-on-one conversation. I felt comfortable addressing all of my concerns with both the staff and the doctor, and I truly felt heard and respected. Dr. Iwaloye took the time to explain the options available to me and recommended appropriate treatment. This helped me feel reassured and at ease, knowing that I was in good hands. Had not been back after a year, went in and was given an unsealed cup for a urine test, that’s a straight violation, mind you, I walk out from restroom and there’s another woman waiting to do the same procedure. I wasn’t okay with that and immediately told the assistant, she said it was fine and I went into the drs office. The doctor was not at all attentive to my concerns and kept trying to leave as I was expressing my concerns. Did not feel listened to nonetheless considered important. I walked out the office and explained what had happened at front desk with the sample only to get an evasive answer. Asked to speak to the manager and all she said was to write an email about what had happened and she would talk to dr Iwaloye. I gave them facts about how they were violating HIPPA and basically comprising legal and procedural integrity. None of them batted an eye or expressed any ounce of disbelief nor empathy. Don’t waste your energy, time and money here, you’ll be talking to a wall.
