Everytime I see Dr Formoso and his team. I leave better off than when I arrived. I had 6 ablations done in my lower back a few months back. They worked great for my lower back pain but didn't touch my sciatica issue that cause paiShow moren, tingling, numbness and pins/needles from my hips to my feet. This was because that nerve is lower than my back. They immediately scheduled me for an epidural which I had done today. Dr Formoso's technique is spot on IMHO. I showed up in pain. The procedure was completely painless. I got up from the table virtually pain-free. I was told that a lot of it is attributed to the numbing shots during the procedure. The steroid injection should start kicking in as the numbing wears off. I'm very hopeful since everything he's done for me over the years has given me relief. I highly recommend Dr Formoso and his entire team!
Matt, the Aspen brace rep, and all of the staff at Dr Formoso’s office are consistently friendly, professional, timely and made me feel right at home and well-taken care of as a patient! Matt fitted my scoliosis brace to make it cShow moreomfortable yet effective and Patty followed up with more details and instructions to help me benefit as much as possible. The triage nurse was warm and engaging and put me at ease. They are all becoming like family. They call me by my nickname which I love!!

They consistently take the time to listen, answer questions, and provide excellent care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring medical team.
It is amazing how much better my low back and and Sacro iliac feel after the ablations this morning. Have been a patient of Dr. Formoso since 2017 for some part of my terrible spine. Grateful for Dr. Formoso and his talented staff.

Great doctor/ patient conversation and he totally understands everything you are trying to say. Wants to help you in every way possible to control your pain and the keep it manageable.

Dr. Formoso takes time to listen to you. And then he is very thorough checking records. X-rays and such; he proposes a plan with your input and his expertise.

Dr.formoso is an amazing dr. He is really chill, which makes me comfortable. He talks to me, not at me and I believe he listens to what I have to say. He also calls me by my preferred name, which is my nickname. The staff is great as well. They welcome you in... I love all of his offices however, I recently had a procedure at the beaches office and it went really well.
