I love Dr Formoso and Dr. Antoine they done everything they could do to keep me mobile. And less pain free. I'm at the end and it's time to remove the root cause. I just love Dr. Formoso, soft spoken and very personable. He explains every single step of the procedure.
Went in for a steroid epidural.The staff was excellent. Took no time at all to get in and out. Dr Formoso was great.
Great experience. I went in expecting the procedure to be painful but it wasn’t. Dr Formoso and his staff put me at ease and the procedure was a breeze. Excellent patient care from everyone.
Dr. Formoso is the best. He is treating me for back pain. We ran a couple tests and now scheduled for the ablasia for some back pain relief. I am so happy I want to see him.
