Before my lumbar ESI, I was walking and sitting with constant lower back pain. After the injection, I walked out with significantly less pain real relief I hadn’t felt in a long time. Huge thanks to Dr. Formoso and his team for their care and expertise.

The medical team members were more than accommodating. They were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful in any way they could. Dr. Formoso is exceptionally knowledgeable and focused on understanding my problems. I could tell he was genuinely interested in my health and wellbeing. I felt a new sense of calm and relief. Grateful for the excellent care and personal attention I received.
Dr. Formoso is great and highly attentive and thorough. His medical assistants that take your vitals are very sweet and polite. My only complaint is about the lady that checks people in at the front desk. She is always engaged in other conversations with coworkers while patients are standing at the counter trying to check in and seems as though the patient is inconveniencing her by waiting to be checked in. When asking questions about follow-up appts etc. she just seems to have a very condescending attitude. One older gentlemen that was checking in before me, she was downright rude with as he was asking several questions and I almost wanted to intervene. Maybe these were one off days, but she could definitely use some help in the customer service department.

Very pleasant people to work with when the patient is in pain
Dr Formoso squeezed me into his schedule in an urgent scenario after I visited the emergency room for my ruptured disc in my back. Got me on a better medication path so I could sleep better and will be doing an epidural on my back next week. Very thankful and pleased with his knowledge and experience so far.
