Dr. Formoso is such a great doctor, he is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. He is great during the procedures, explains everything as he does it and stops if you need him to. His other staff the PA's, ARNP's, and oShow morether office staff are great too, always kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and always willing to help if there is a problem. The office has just an overall great environment and is a great experience and is always clean too. I highly recommend Dr. Formoso and his associates to you.

Before my lumbar ESI, I was walking and sitting with constant lower back pain. After the injection, I walked out with significantly less pain real relief I hadn’t felt in a long time. Huge thanks to Dr. Formoso and his team for their care and expertise.
