Dr Van Eck took her time and paid attention to what I said and why I pointed to where my pain was and today is the first day I'm at work without any pain in my leg after 2 years I'm glad I was referred to her.

The doctor was knowledgeable and explained my options in great detail. She checked for understanding and she even drew me a picture of my knee to understand what she planned to do during surgery. The staff was helpful and let me know that there would be a long wait. During my wait they checked in on me and let me know they had not forgotten about me.
Dr.Frances is great!! She shows alot of concern for my well being.
My first visit was explained to me thoroughly the pain I was suffering. I was given an injection. My second visit was brief and nothing was done except to follow up if I have the same pain. Only the waiting time that I have concerns.

Francis was an excellent provider. She was clear and concise, and explained my diagnosis as well as the treatments and tests it were needed. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend her highly.
