I’ve been a patient of Dr.Cook for over 4 yrs; as a working mother of 3 (2 special needs). Dr. Cook has given me my life back! The special care given by the entire staff, has made me feel like family, not just a number! Perla’s beautiful smile greets you EVERY TIME you walk in! Her and Ms.Martha always ask about my kids (by name). Leslie is as sweet as a button and always goes out of her way to help! And Ms.Susan is always sure not to miss a beat!
