I’ve been a patient of Dr.Cook for over 4 yrs; as a working mother of 3 (2 special needs). Dr. Cook has given me my life back! The special care given by the entire staff, has made me feel like family, not just a number! Perla’s beautiful smile greets you EVERY TIME you walk in! Her and Ms.Martha always ask about my kids (by name). Leslie is as sweet as a button and always goes out of her way to help! And Ms.Susan is always sure not to miss a beat! This Dr. Office helped me manage my pain and being my life back to normal. I don't mean to put my business in the public but my pain was ruining my marriage because my sex life was low from pain. This pain management gave me the medicine I needed and me and my wife are happy again and my pain is under control. I have medal plates and screws in my hip and life is still great thanks to this pain management service. They are the best . ❤️🤕⛑️🏥
