Frank Wimberly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He describes his method of treating people as “helping them find the strength inside themselves to overcome the challenges they are facing.” Frank’s treatment style has been strongly influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
