I have been in healthcare for years and I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and her genuine care she gives to her patients. This was my first appt and it took about an hour. I had previous bloodwork ready for her to review. IShow more love that she looks at more than just your average bloodwork. She told me her goals are to see what is causing the root of the problem, treating the problem, and work on coming off of so many medications and supplements. I like that goal, too! I am ready and EXCITED!
I have never experienced a doctor's visit with someone so intent on healing from the inside out and actually caring instead of just looking at something and prescribing some kind of medication. She genuinely cares about her paShow moretients health and that is hard to find, especially in this area. I'm looking forward to working with her to try and heal my body the correct way! She is an amazing person, and my question to you would be what are you waiting for, book an appointment.

Very professional service
Gail was great as usual. But the checking out process leaves a lot to be desired. On June 30th we received an email stating that there were problems with BCBS . The email stated "We will provide you with a detailed superbill (itemized invoice) that you may submit to BCBS/Anthem for possible reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits." I was not offered an itemized invoice and when I paid with a CC I was not informed of a CC processing fee. Customers should be informed of the fee1st
Gail does a very professional job with the examination and I have a very high confidence level with her as she works with me on my medical condition! She goes that extra mile with my diagnosis and gives maximum effort in treat me we talking what’s going on, man? ng her patients! I highly recommend her to anyone out there and she does a great job!

Wonderful experience. Dr Ricker has done wonders for me. Has my Diabetes and Thyroid under control . I feel better overall. She is a great Doctor , compassionate , and truly cares about her patients.

I was very skeptical but was so impressed with Gail. She addressed all my issues and understood my conditions and addresses all my concerns and questions. I am looking forward to working with her.
Gail listens to all concerns I have. She addresses them with care. I went years having doctors tell me “You have a lot going on. I can’t help you.” But she didn’t push me away. She knew exactly what was going on and has helped me tremendously!

Always a blessed experience.
Only had to wait about 15 minutes. Then a person came in and started the work up. I saw Gail within 20 minutes and I was out in 15 minutes. Normally it takes me at least 3 hours to see a doctor if they are not too busy
I am so excited about my visit today. We have the same thought process on many things and I look forward to learning so much more.
It's refreshing, when you find a healthcare provider who's more interested in actually diagnosing and FIXING your medical issues than in monetizing them for the practitioner's own benefit. My husband and I are both better off after seeing Gail for just a few months than we were after YEARS with other providers.
An appointment with Gail is less like a doctor visit and more like going to see a friend who looks after your health. She never makes us feel rushed and she never talks down to us.

She is very professional and doesn't try to be your mama. Thank God. And didn't treat me like a drug addict like a lot of doctors do.

Overall a great experience that you won’t find in the traditional doctor’s office. It did take a little while and I had to remind them about taking labs before leaving, but other than that it was a really nice experience. They are the sweetest and you can tell they care very much about their patients and what they do.
Gail, is a very concerned, practitioner who cares deeply about getting to the root cause of your issues. I highly recommend her.
