I had an appointment was with Dr. Derhartunian for my annual employee blood work up and flu shot. Through yelp reviews I had read wonderful comments and decided to take a chance and go to him. I can honestly say the BEST DECISION Show moreI HAVE EVER MADE WHEN IT COMES TO PICKING A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR!!!!! From the moment I walked into the office I felt like I was taken care of. I was greeted by the young lady sitting at the front desk who had a kind smile on her face the whole time. She answered any and every question I had regarding the initial paper work. After I filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes I was taken inside to see the doctor. NO WAIT TIME!!! Dr. Derhartunian walked in with a smile on his face and introduced himself to me. He really took his time and listened to me and answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel like he was rushing to leave to the next patient. He truly cares for his patients and goes out of his way to give "them" the best patient care/experience possible. I say this because in the past with other doctors I would have to make an extra trip for my results but with him not only did I get the results right away but he even filled out my paperwork and faxed it; by doing this he saved me an extra trip back to the office. Overall, I"m glad I went to him because not only was it a perfect experience but I found my new primary care doctor. Thanks Dr. Derhartunian!
I've been looking for a primary Dr. for quite some time now. A friend of mine referred me here and I was a little bit hesitant as I live in Santa Clarita but great medical care is a non-negotiable for me so I decided to give ElevaShow morete a try. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. Every single interaction was positive. The ladies at the front are professional and kind. Nothing like being greeted by sweet friendly faces. What was even more impressive was the quality of care by the Dr. I saw Dr. Derhartunian and he was so wonderful. He did not make me feel like "just another patient", he listened to my health concerns and really made me feel like what I had to say mattered and he was on a mission with me to find answers. By far the best experience I have ever had in a medical office. I overheard another patient expressing how happy she was with her experience as well. I'm telling you this place has quality service. Thank you for caring about your patients the way you do. There is no better feeling than to feel heard and seen. I highly recommend this place.
Raised in Glendale, CA, Dr. Derhartunian has always had a passion for medicine. Growing up in the tight community, he spent most of his childhood helping his father at a local pharmacy. There, he not only learned a vast array of different pharmacokinetics, but also strengthened the bond with the community in which he dreamed of serving. Dr. Derhartunian's career began in Glendale at R.D. White Elementary School where him and Dr. Tovmassian became instant friends. He then went on to complete his education at Woodrow Wilson Middle School followed by Glendale Senior High School. After obtaining a Bachelors in Science in Biochemistry from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Dr. Derhartunian attended Ross University Medical School. He completed Internal Medicine Residency at NYU-Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. His main focus in medicine is a preventative approach with a focus on evidence based medicine.

I am obsessed with elevate health!! The office is beautiful! And always clean! The staff is very nice, and always helpful and attentive ! And Dr Derhartubian is the best Dr in the whole wide world ! As an 86-year-old woman, I was desperate with several problems, including a cough. the fluid accumulated in my lungs and the abnormal and overloaded state of my heart's work as a result of them, I will faint.
