Gavin takes the time to listen to see what the patient is dealing with. He explains lab results so they make sense to someone that doesn't look at them on a daily basis. Gavin makes it so you feel like part of the team, not just a doctor making changes to the treatment plan and the patient just having to be okay with it. As a patient I feel heard and like how I feel matters.
