Dr. Singh has been very helpful for me to understand and prioritize my mental health needs. Dr. Singh has also been a good listener and has shown empathic responses.
I always walk away from my sessions with a fresh perspective of whatever I may be going through. It seems so heavy when I walk in, and after talking with Gayatri I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. She is truly a beacon of light. I have never felt more seen and understood!
Dr. Gayatri continues to be a positive therapeutic support. Like any therapist experience its the time as a patient you put into yourself in and outside of the sessions that make it worth it.
