Genesis Contreras-Rodriguez

I have worked with many individuals providing peer support groups to colleagues, ranging from 16 to 65 years of age; all of whom have a diverse background. Together, we worked on stress management, mental health awareness, and helpful coping mechanisms to become better equipped on handling life stressors. I have noticed that with my cultural knowledge and Spanish fluency, people are open to discussing past and present traumas/experiences. We will work together to create your personal safe space. Client can look forward to learning how to get through difficult times by giving you the tools to make it happen. I wish to incorporate different techniques and create an individualized treatment. My objective is to empower the people I work with to reach their goals and see their potential.
