Gerardo Tavera, LMSW

Gerardo, LMSW, is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker with an MSW in Clinical Therapy from Saint Leo University. He is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Gerardo specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and life transitions. His client-centered, culturally informed, and collaborative approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused care. Gerardo strives to create a safe and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and build resilience. Having overcome obstacles in his own life, he helps clients recognize their strengths and gifts while offering authentic, genuine care on their journey toward change, healing, and growth.
