I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take control of their mental wellness. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions including addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and sleep disturbances. I use a holistic approach that considers biological, psychological, and social factors to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
