The people who work there are really nice and after you get to know them you feel like they are a team and the make sure everything is being planned and done right on time for you needs. I have actually got to see Dr. Sunnio withiShow moren 15 min of calling because of a minor emergency. He just told me to come in right away even though there were no appointments and he saw me before he actually open the office! In my opinion you won't find a better Dr. Or office in Visalia. He was actually my mom's dr and he has added a couple nurse/physicians/helpers what ever they are called and they are both available and I have developed good friendships with them! If you are looking for a great medical experience please give them a call!
Having a new nurse that I could tell wasn’t sure about what she was doing, and then a nurse practitioner asking me all the same questions was not helpful and took up a lot of time. They were questions I had answered when I first cShow moreame to the practice. Also I got all the negative feedback but no encouraging ideas about how and what to do to help myself, so left feeling ashamed instead of encouraged. True life situations need to be taken into account more for how and why I have the issues I do. I’m not just a person who doesn’t want to follow the rules. I do want to help myself and feel very alone, where I should be able to find that in my doctors office.

Dr. Gilbert Sunio has been my provider for over 10 yrs. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their facility is state of the art. I never have to wait more than 10min. to be attended to. I highly recommend Dr. Sunio, he is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients.

Omar was by far the most 'on point' when it came to MY need and MY agenda, instead of either telling me their plan or just listening and not really offering any real solutions. Omar was a GREAT health care provider and I hope I can meet with him again..Ive had 3 appointments and Ive only seen him once.

As always, Dr. Sunio and staff deliver top quality care. About six years ago I lost 72 pounds while under his care. I still haven't put it back on. The best recommendation I can make; however, is this: I moved over 3 hours away. I don’t plan on changing doctors.

The office is beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Desiree the receptionist is always friendly and efficient. I've been a patient of Dr Sunio for 10+ years. He is always ready to listen to your needs. Doctor has always been a great provider. I highly recommend his office and staff.
