Hello, I'm Glory. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in North Carolina. I am the Founder and Owner of SELF FIRST WELLNESS, PLLC. I am a passionate recovery provider and maintain individuals within the community with family/friends and loved ones. I take a person-centered approach and aspire to meet individuals where they are. MISSION: Our mission is to empower putting/prioritizing yourself first. MY APPROACH TO THERAPY: Each person is different, therefore, I use an individualized approach. I specialize in treating Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD and Sleep Disorders. I strive to care for the "whole" person. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM OUR FIRST SESSION: I create a very warm, non-judgmental environment. I make it a point to listen to all requests/needs. My goal is to have both the individual and myself onboard with their plan of care. An individual can expect to be heard, valued and respected with a plan for recovery.
