Grace Casteen

Grace is passionate about helping others better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build a life that feels more authentic and manageable. She has a particular passion for working with individuals navigating complex trauma and neurodivergence, recognizing how these experiences can shape a person’s sense of self, relationships, and daily life. She especially enjoys supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, in understanding how their brains work, navigating a world that may not always accommodate their needs, and building self-acceptance without feeling pressured to change who they are. She also works with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, substance use and recovery, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Grace strives to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered. Her individualized approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches to help clients explore patterns, process experiences, and better understand themselves.

Grace believes therapy does not have to feel overly clinical or intimidating. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and help them build greater self-compassion, confidence, and trust in themselves as they move forward.
