Just had my annual wellness exam and was very impressed with how thorough Grace was. She explained all my lab results in detail and asked if I had any questions. She gave me the time I needed and is a wonderful communicator.

The intake paperwork and all of the help the front office staff gave went great! I saw Grace and explained I was due for an annual exam and wanted a PCP. I felt that she was very thorough! The team is amazing. Everyone from check in to check out makes you feel cared for. Grace Swanson is a phenomenal provider. She understands the type of person she is dealing with, I am a little squirley she is soooooo patient with me and makes sure all things are handled before she is finished. My visit was really good. I had a meltdown about issues in my life. Grace patiently listened to me and gave me solutions. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that I took up way too much time and went way over my time! One of the things I really like about Prescott complete care and Grace is that they don’t double book and that appointments are always on time. I owe the patient after me a big apology. Until I was leaving I didn’t know that I was soooo over my time probably allotted. I’m so sorry

I had a wonderful New Patient experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the front desk with a smile. I appreciate the professional and efficient front desk staff. I was roomed before my appointment time. Soon after, Joe arrived to verify my information, followed by a friendly Medical assistant. Grace was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed during my appointment. She was thorough with my medical history and suggested labs I should complete at my age.
