Grace examined car side. Explained concerns and provided me with thorough explanation for treatment (antibiotics and chest X-ray). Excellent with listening to my concerns.

I had a wonderful New Patient experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the front desk with a smile. I appreciate the professional and efficient front desk staff. I was roomed before my appointment time. Soon after, Joe arrived to verify my information, followed by a friendly Medical assistant. Grace was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed during my appointment. She was thorough with my medical history and suggested labs I should complete at my age.

We found our new Primary Care Physician in Prescott! From the gentleman upfront to the nurses assistant, and then to Grace, everything was wonderful! Very welcoming, caring, and patient team. Grace is sweet, sharp and understanding. Scheduled an appointment for a second opinion ER visit and she put me on the right track to feeling myself again.

She spent 45 minutes with me for my 1st appointment and dove deep into my history and was caring and concerned about getting the right medications at the right dosages and reviewed all my concerns. She was quick to assess the cause of my problems/ symptoms and ordered medication that has been very effective in relieving my symptoms.(nighttime cough) allowing me to finally get relief and much needed sleep.
