Dr. Wong is very kind, patient, caring and professional. She has very good bedside manners and has a calming disposition. She answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made me feel at ease, despite the fact thShow moreat I was under a lot of stress. Her nurse was also very kind and professional. All of Dr. Wong’s staff were very friendly from the moment I walked into her office. The only reason I didn’t give them four stars is because this is only my first visit so I cannot yet determine an overall assessment. Also, after having left the office with prescriptions to fill and lab forms, I was called to come back and pick up one more form that I needed for a lab test. Thankfully, I was still in the area and the staff apologized for the oversight. I was not upset, just a little inconvenienced. I have switched primary care doctors several times over the years, but I received such good care from Dr. Wong that I have a very positive feeling that I will keep her for years to come.

I took my close 92-year-old friend CharShow morelotte to Dr. Wong, who helped greatly through Charlotte's end-of-life journey. I have come to know Dr. Wong to be as kind as she is a competent medical doctor, especially for aging women. Dr. Wong is attentive to patient concerns, makes hospital visits, and delves and examines thoroughly to explore not only stated patient concerns, but concerns discovered during physical examinations of her patients. I perceive Dr. Wong to be an accomplished medical practitioner who remains current with primary care medical field developments. I have been greatly blessed by Dr. Wong's patient medical expertise, her kindly attention, expert care! The front desk employee takes patients private calls on speaker phone. I was able to overhear multiple people’s medical conditions, medications, full names, and birthdates while there for my appointment. I would also like to point out that the front desk really struggles to get Dr. Wong patient records. I had to call several times over multiple weeks to get them to deliver my biopsy results for thyroid nodules, which ended up being cancer, and delayed my treatment by 2 months or so. Dr. Wong is very nice, thoughtful, and I can tell she is knowledgeable enough but her front desk staff makes it difficult to want to stay here.
