I worked with Dr. Brockbank over a 5 month period of time. I had some serious concerns and he resolved them all. My treatment with Dr. Brockbank did include surgery. I was more than satisfied with the pre-surgical discussions and Show moreoptions, the surgery itself, the aftermath and all of the follow up.I also appreciated the personal attention I received from Doctor Brockbank. Whenever I found myself in his office, he treated me as though I was the only person he had that day and spent as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed. Would I go back to Dr. Brockbank for further treatment? In a heartbeat!!!!
I was impressed with the practice in general. They contacted me to set up an appointment after receiving a referral from my GP. They offered me two appointments that same day. The office is compact but not crowded, with a really gShow moreood nature film playing quietly on big screens. Registration was efficient with a pleasant receptionist. Next was another pleasant medical assistant and then the doctor. They were all running on time and had the imaging equipment in office to diagnose my issue. I’ll be returning in 6 months for a follow up. I wish all doctors offices were running this smoothly.

Dr. Brockbank is always nice and sees me quickly. Today he did all the xrays and showed me progress from before the operation, after the operation and today. He warned me prior to the surgery it would hurt for a long time and not be fully healed for a year and that seems to be the case.
I was able to schedule the surgery I need for my foot in a timely manner.
Dr. Brockbank has always been great to help withmy foot problems and able to work me in. Also very good to explain things. Also Skye is always very nice and happy. And good to get me in last minute.
Dr. Brockbank is a very knowledged and skilled surgeon on top of being very kindhearted. I like the way he explains his way through whatever procedure he is performing on you so you know exactly what he is doing. Dr. Brockbank and his staff are great and I would like to think I've got a handful of new friends.
