Michael Swor, MD, FPMRS is a well-known top-ranked gynecologist who has been serving women of all ages in and around Sarasota, Florida, for over 25 years. He founded Swor Women’s Care to provide the highest-quality, patient-focused gynecological care for every stage of a woman’s life.
Dr. Swor earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN specialty training at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Since then, Dr. Swor has continued to study and expand his expertise with emerging best practices and technologies. He is double board-certified in OBGYN and female reconstructive surgery and was one of few gynecologists in the country certified in MIGS, minimally-invasive gyn surgery. He was also one of the first to use the daVinci® robotic surgery system for gynecological surgery beginning in 2006 and has accomplished over 10,000 successful gyn procedures in his career, including some of the most complex referred from other specialists.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is warm and welcoming. They have a convenient portal for communication between appointments, and Dr. Swor and his team are at the top of their field.
