Gretchen Meador, PA

Gretchen Meador, PA-C is a physician assistant at Landsberg Orthopaedics in Hendersonville, TN. She joined the Landsberg Orthopaedics team in February 2023.

Gretchen has been a physician assistant since 2014. She has spent the entirety of her career in orthopedics, with specialization in sports medicine.

She attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN for her undergraduate degree in exercise science and biology. She then attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She worked in sports medicine and orthopedic trauma while living in Colorado prior to her return to Tennessee.

Gretchen lives in Gallatin with her husband, 3 daughters, and dog. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, enjoying lake activities, reading and working out.

She is excited to welcome new and existing patients to Landsberg Orthopaedics. Gretchen is proud to be a part of their health care team.
