Gretchen Purkey, NP, is an experienced nurse practitioner offering the highest level of care at Martin, Lee & Page OBGYN in Memphis, Tennessee. She has extensive experience in women’s health, primary care, and urgent care practices. Gretchen also provides skincare consultations along with Botox and dermal filler injections.
Gretchen grew up in Clinton, Mississippi, and attended the University of Mississippi. She graduated from Mississippi College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Gretchen then spent 15 years working as a registered nurse in obstetrics, pediatrics, and post-anesthesia care. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As a women’s health provider, Gretchen has a particular interest in hormone management and is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal health. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and traveling. Gretchen looks forward to assisting new and returning patients at Martin, Lee & Page OBGYN.

I love that she listened to all of my different systems and complaints and didn’t just automatically assume the outcome until I was finished. Some doctors interrupt you in the middle of explaining and just go straight to the result. She didn’t. I would highly recommend her!
