Haley Fish, FNP

As a nurse practitioner for the last 5+ years with experience in primary care and lifestyle medicine, Haley has worked with many people on prevention and management of chronic conditions. She has a passion for helping people discover their potential to make positive changes to their health using a realistic approach that emphasizes the importance of creating a sustainable lifestyle. She recognizes that each person is unique and there is not a “one size fits all” approach to wellness. She truly enjoys getting to know each of her patients and meeting them wherever they are on their health journey. Haley was born and raised in Upstate New York, where she lives currently with her husband and two young daughters, two dogs, and a few chickens! She enjoys spending time with her family, trying new recipes, reading, gardening, and being outdoors.
