Dr. Haley Spotts is a dedicated OB/GYN at Women's Health Services, proudly serving women in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. She is driven by a passion for partnering with women to ensure their well-being.
Dr. Spotts was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to San Antonio, where she earned her medical degree at the Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2019. She finished her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2023 at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX.
She is excited to return to the DFW area and is honored to serve the women of Arlington. Dr. Spotts takes the time with each patient to ensure their comfort and individualize their care. She is dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing her patients with excellent care in obstetrics and gynecology. Her professional interests include adolescent gynecology, obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Spotts lives with her husband, Chris. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and spoiling her French bulldog, Louis.

Did not prescribe me medication needed for a procedure after telling me I wouldn't need it only to find out I did need it. Wasted my time and now I have to pay for two sets of medication and two doctors visits.
Dr. BG was kind. She listened to my concerns and corrected my misconceptions. She made the process quick and painless by distracting me with conversation. I would 100% choose to see her again.

The doctor was kind and professional, but the waiting time was very disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early, as recommended, but I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes alone in the exam room before being seen. It feels unfair that if a patient is even one minute late, the appointment can be canceled, but when you arrive on time (even early), you’re kept waiting for over an hour with no explanation. It shows a lack of respect for the patient’s time.
I love doctor B.G. She has always made me feel very welcomed and heard at every single appointment I’ve been too. I found out about her through my sister, she delivered both of her children. We have nothing was kind things to say about her, I wouldn’t want any other O.B. During or after my pregnancy.

Dr. Spotts amazing. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed. She was compassionate, professional, and clearly knowledgeable.
Dr. B-G and the nursing staff made me feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Brasher-Giles MD, was amazing. I’m not a tough critic at all, but I love how she came in, and sat down during our conversation. Something so simple makes such and impact. She was thorough and informative.

Dr. BG took time to really talk to me. She listened and talked me through all of the options. It’s hard to fine a doctor that is patient and takes time with you.

I had to reschedule my appointment and actually the only way to schedule was through the website. I kept getting text messsges about scheduling, but following that link led to a site where there were never any dates available. It took me a year to schedule an appointment.
I was very happy with Dr. Spotts, She was very thorough and answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with her and to me that’s very important. I am glad I have found a new OBGYN
My appointment with Dr. Brasher-Gilles couldn’t have been easier. It was quick but she also took time to answer questions I had. Warm & friendly staff as well.
First time meeting Dr. Kuriakose, pretty late into pregnancy (had to switch care providers). It was a quick meeting, but we felt valued and heard as a patient and very comfortable with everyone who handled us from check in to check out. Super excited to finish out this pregnancy with them! Day and night experience so far in comparison to my previous care provider is was seeing.
She’s such an amazing Doctor. Very down to earth.
