Today’s visit like all of the other visits was pleasant and beneficial. After checking in I was only in the waiting room for about 10 min., which I completely understood due to the fact there were a lot of patients. It was a shortShow more waiting period between his assistant taking my vitals and my discussion with the doctor. I did not feel rushed, Dr. Qureshi was thorough and patient. The visit was great and the staff were very nice and professional. I was out of the office and back on the road in less than 45 min. From the time I checked in and got the treatment I needed. I have confidently referred others to this practice since I’ve been coming which has been almost 2 years now. I referred my own mother to this practice and they have been taking really good care of her with her health difficulties. Much thanks to Dr.Qureshi and his staff for all that they do.
After 20 years with a family Dr we had to move on. We don't regret choosing this practice at all. All the staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. We are planning to be more than 20 years with them also! Dr Qureshi, HShow moreeather and Stella are over the top. Two things I appreciate the most is that if Dr Qureshi can't be in the office he has his practice covered, and if you need to see him soon, they make it possible. Dr. Qureshi is a Family Physician board certified by ABFM and has been serving the Galveston County area for the last 8 years at UTMB.
He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UTMB where he trained medical students and Family Medicine residents over the years. While at UTMB he received Resident Teacher Award in 2016 and Faculty of the Year Award in 2017.
His passion lies in physical and mental wellness. He is an avid runner and competes in races throughout Texas having completed two marathons and a 70.3 Ironman. This passion has sparked a desire to educate and motivate his patients to lead a healthier lifestyle. His special interests include overall health, nutrition, chronic disease management, sports medicine and weight loss.

I highly recommend Dr. Qureshi. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and also takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. His bedside manner is comforting and he makes me feel like my health is a top priority. The staff at the office is also friendly and efficient. Dr. Q has been my physician for six years and I have never been happier with my health care. He has seen me thru CV19 and a couple of other issues with a fantastic degree of competence, compassion and attention. His staff have always been extraordinarily professional and attentive every time I visit their office. If there were more stars to give, these folks deserve them.
