Hannah Frankel, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals through a holistic, personalized approach to mental wellness. I earned my master’s degree from the Yale School of Nursing and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of clinical settings. My clinical background includes serving as a registered nurse on inpatient psychiatric units at McLean Hospital, as well as practicing as a nurse practitioner in both outpatient and emergency settings at a Federally Qualified Health Center. In these roles, I have cared for individuals from diverse backgrounds with complex psychiatric and medical needs. My treatment philosophy integrates thoughtful medication management, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic support. I have a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
