One of the very few PCP Offices in Port Orange area that is worth going to! Professional, compassionate, thorough and friendly and, a doctor that will listen to you without one foot out the doorway heading into his next patientShow more9;s exam room...If this is the kind of doctor you want than you should be going to Sunshine Physicians' Dr. Hassan Alkhatib!! And I am a Nurse and I bring my whole family here. My husband has always been tough to get to a doctor but, after going to Dr. Alkhatib, he goes.

This was my first time at Sunshine Physicians in Port Orange. All the staff was very nice and courteous, from the two ladies in the reception area, the PA, to the doctor himself. Dr. Alkhatib was attentive to my needs.

My wife and I were so happy that the Doctor could see us on short notice and treat us immediately.
Returning home as sick as dogs, from a trip abroad, my wife and I were thrilled that Sunshine Physicians (Dr. Alkhatib) was able to fit us in for an appointment. There was no waiting as we were seen by the Doctor right away.
My experiences with Dr. Hassan has always been very positive. Any issue I am having is expertly addressed, and always with a solution-based diagnosis. And, on top of everything else, he's a really nice guy.
