Heather Bailon, APRN, PMHNP-BC Heather Bailon is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who graduated from Walden University in 2025 and brings over 15 years of nursing experience to her role. Her background in nursing has shaped a thoughtful, compassionate approach to care, with a strong focus on truly listening and meeting patients where they are. Heather believes mental health care works best when it is collaborative and personalized. She partners with patients to understand their unique experiences, values, and goals, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, getting lost in a good book, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and tending to her growing love of gardening.
