Heather Bortz is a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) who joined SNHIMA in 2022. She serves patients at the Bedford office and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Before joining SNHIMA, Heather worked as a Physician Assistant at New England Allergy in North Andover, MA. Her professional journey also includes a background in respiratory therapy, with 15 years of experience working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in both Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.
Heather pursued her undergraduate education at Penn State University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Life Science. She continued her academic journey at MCPHS Manchester, where she completed her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Her commitment to lifelong learning and education ensures that she stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare.
Outside of her busy schedule caring for patients, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband reside in New Boston and have two children. Her interests include beach outings, camping adventures, maintaining an active lifestyle, and cheering for the Philadelphia Flyers. Heather's well-rounded approach to life and her dedication to patient care make her a valued member of the SNHIMA team.

Fantastic best doctor ever had
My first meeting with Heather made me feel so comfortable, I told others of her bedside manner and her "concerned for patient" attitude. It was a great experience. After having years with this practice, Im happy that she has joined the staff! They made another great impression of what Healthcare should look and feel like.
