Heather is amazing and so her is staff! She listens to all of your concerns, talks with you not at you, and has a great sense of humor! I just recently moved to Indiana from Kansas and I'm so glad I found her!

I came to Heather Faith during a time where I had concerns about my health in which other health care providers didn’t seem to be taking the time to really listen to what my concerns were. Heather Faith took the time to listen to what I was saying. I never once got the feeling she was trying to rush me out the door. Best part, I feel I was properly diagnosed and finally given the proper medications to help me heal properly. I was made to feel everything was going to be ok.
