Ms, Heather was 100% professional. I admit I thought I was a lost cause and was just going to waste her time. I don’t know what I am but Ms Heather stayed on the line with me as long as needed her to and she got me comfortable enoShow moreugh to share with her things I had been holding inside at least 25 years. She’s not judgmental and she could have been with me. She looks for the good in people and not the bad. I was skeptical because I’m not a talker but within a few minutes I was telling her my life.
I can’t say enough Good things about Heather. She is an amazing psychiatrist as well as, Nurse Practitioner very down to earth , doesn’t try to rush you takes her time with you, to ensure that everything is thoroughly gone over Show moreand nothing missed like other physicians often do , I definitely recommend Heather as well as the whole group at Trinity mental health. Heather is the BEST APRN I've ever met! She is very interested and compassionate with each and every one of her patients. One day in the pouring rain ☔ she came out to our car and walked my elderly mother in the building with her umbrella ☔. She’s just amazing! She truly cares about her patients and she doesn’t judge u or make u feel judged. Just makes u feel very comfortable to talk to! She does not just try to push meds on u like a lot of people do, she wants what works for u and as less medicine as possible! Not masking the problem but fixing it.
She definitely cares for her patients ,she listens and,is great bedside manor, I would recommend ber 5 stars!

She is highly knowledgeable about the illness I have and has enlightened me on another way I can get my medications regulated.I look forward to seeing her again she didn't approach my illness the same way as my other Drs have approached it in the past by asking the same questions and my other Drs never approached me with the geno test to see what my bodily makeup is lacking.
