Heather Kesner, FNP

Heather’s career in healthcare spans more than three decades, marked by service, leadership, and a profound commitment to patient well-being. Her journey began in 1994 when she enlisted in the US Army, embarking on a path that would see her excel in both military and civilian medical realms. In August 2008, she graduated from the University of Florida with a BSN. Her pursuit of excellence continued as she completed a MSN degree with a focus on Advanced Practice Nursing, graduating summa cum laude in 2020. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Heather brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her patients. In her role as a FNP, Heather has developed a passion for supporting patients through perimenopause, menopause, and men's health. Recognizing a gap in the modern healthcare system for these specialties, she founded Lifestyle Health Solutions. Through this venture, she empowers patients to optimize their vitality and enjoy health as they age.
