Dr. Heather Snyder, DPM

I was taken into an examining room as soon as I arrived, and Dr. Heather came shortly after that. She gave my foot a thorough examination and toenail cutting, and then she told me what I had to do at home. Except for a slight bit of pain during the toenail cutting, my time with her was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Heather Snyder is a top notch Podiatrist. I am a runner and have seen her a few times over the years. She is thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. Most definitely an expert in her field. The only reason I have been able to keep running for so long is because of her and I highly recommend her!!

I had a recent shoulder replacement. Staff was very attentive in helping get ready for Dr. Snyder. I had missed a few appointments while I've been recuperating and Dr. Snyder was not only understanding but took great care of my feet that get in bad shape and need extra care. Dr. Heather Snyder taught me how to heal my ingrown toenail and plantar fasciitis. She explained how everything works; she recommended shoes; she took into account my whole body, not just one foot. I felt cared for. Her rates are barely higher than doctors who work with insurance, but you get your money's worth with her, and it saves me from coming back again and again to the doctor's who don't have time to really see me as a patient.

She always takes her time to listen and never rushes, ensuring I feel heard and cared for at every visit. I have been to multiple podiatrists over the years for a variety of foot/toe issues. Dr. Snyder has been the first provider to actually spend a great deal of time with me describing my foot issues, potential causes, and treatment options in a clear, easily understood way. Although there is no cure for my toenail issues, I now at least have an action plan for minimizing (curtailing) any further damage and addressing my current challenges in a systematic way.

Such a positive and productive experience I had with Dr Heather Snyder. It was my first visit ever to a podiatrist. Her bedside manner put me at ease immediately. She took care of my problem in the office and I left feeling almost pain free. Another day or two and I should be good to go. I wish all my interactions in medical matters could be this seamless and satisfying.
