Heide Applegate, FNP

Heide is a family nurse practitioner with over 15 years experience treating families and individuals of all ages. She enjoys providing womens healthcare including screenings, hormone testing and hormone replacement. She is experienced in screening for and treating mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Heide also has a passion for health promotion especially weight management. She treats each patient as a unique individual and enjoys working with them to find their strengths and weaknesses. Together a plan is made consisting of health coaching, diet, exercise and possibly medication.
