Helen is a pleasant, kind therapist, who I connected with immediately. Although “connection” is not mandatory in seeking success with a therapist, I find it is a great bonus. Helen is a “hands on” psychiatrist being a facilitatoShow morer for developing “correct thinking.” For example, if you are overthinking bits and pieces of a scenario, Helen will skillfully set the stage for you to rewrite your monologue to THE BIG PICTURE.
Dr Lancy is very perceptive in listening to my thoughts and giving me her advice and possible diagnosis and a treatment plan. I am very grateful to Dr. Lancy in her skill to see the problems I was having. I was only just beginninShow moreg to realize I was having a problem. In 30 minutes she figured it out.
