Helen Lancy is the best! Recently, I did not “just begin” with clinical depression. She takes large, genuine interest in her clients. I truly love Helen and her deep affection for others.
Helen is a pleasant, kind therapist, who I connected with immediately. Although “connection” is not mandatory in seeking success with a therapist, I find it is a great bonus. Helen is a “hands on” psychiatrist being a facilitatoShow morer for developing “correct thinking.” For example, if you are overthinking bits and pieces of a scenario, Helen will skillfully set the stage for you to rewrite your monologue to THE BIG PICTURE.
